David Salzer, GISP

Co-Founder and Principal

David has managed countless BPR and software development projects through a complete lifecycle: from generation of the business requirements, to process design and development, to user acceptance testing, production deployment, and long-term support and enhancement. David's engagement and extensive experience has ensured successful delivery of projects ranging from small, short-term contracts for non-profits to multi-million dollar, multi-year endeavors for Fortune 100 corporations and government entities. David holds a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is activly involved in numerous charities including the Seacoast Rotary.


Patrick Santoso, GISP

Co-Founder and Principal

Over the past decade, Patrick has managed software development projects for state agencies, municipalities, counties, and Fortune 500 companies. Patrick's subject matter expertise and business process engineering capabilities have helped to launch and maintain state-wide systems that are relied upon by state agencies for property tax administration, property assessment, and equalization. Patrick holds a BS and MS in Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is a member of the board of directors for the American Red Cross New Hampshire & Vermont Region.

Chris Gountanis

Director of Development

Chris leads the company's software development projects, having over a decade of experience with the development, deployment, and integration of highly-specialized, full-stack solutions. His work can be found across a range of industries—from manufacturing, to state government, to higher education. His knowledge of software architecture, GIS and integrated mapping, and data manipulation has made it possible to create modernized, software-driven business processes to meet the needs of our clients. Chris holds a BS in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering.


Justin Lowe

Director of Operations

A former university lecturer and consultant, Justin is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of the company's IT resources. He supports both our internal operations and our clients, handling the specification, deployment, and management of the infrastructure and environments for both development and production. Justin holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

Abe Haslett

Director of Data Architecture

Abe is the Director of Data Architecture and has a strong background in public and healthcare sectors. He serves as the lead database and business intelligence architect for the development team, building the ETL services and reporting solutions that many projects require. His expertise with the SQL Server stack ensures that our clients' data performs reliably and accurately from source to report. Abe holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire.


Ainsley-Aude Croteau

Development and Operations Specialist

In her early years exploring the world of computer science, Ainsley has traveled to California to help support testing and engineering for cutting-edge technologies, and Nevada to be part of a team of people maintaining a temporary infastructure from scratch. Ainsley uses her experience in software and web development, IT infastructure, technical writing, and customer service to assist in development and support at Axiomatic. Although she specializes in development and support, Ainsley wears many hats at Axiomatic and is prepared to take on any task to help out. Ainsley holds an AS in Computer Science from Great Bay.
